Shipping & Delivery

Do you hold items in stock ?
We usually hold most items in stock, dosage ready for dispatch.

Do you charge for delivery ?
Delivery on most items within the UK is FREE. There are certain items which are very large or bulky/heavy which do attract a delivery charge but these will be clearly stated at the checkout before payment. There are NO HIDDEN CHARGES.
PLEASE NOTE – Express delivery applies Monday-Thursday if ordered before 1pm. Requests for express delivery on Friday, viagra sale will arrive Monday. Please contact us to ensure the item you require is in stock.

When will my order be dispatched?
All orders are dispatched same day, if order placed before 1pm Monday-Friday, subject to stock availability.

How quickly can I get my order?
Providing your items are in stock, and depending on delivery service chosen, you should expect to receive your order within 2-3 working days (UK) or approx 5-7 working days outside of the UK. However this is subject to the capacity of the delivery company.

How is my package sent?
We send the majority of orders by Royal Mail post/parcel delivery. Most orders will require a signature. On occasions we may use couriers if the package is particularly bulky or heavy.

Will I need to sign for my package?
Most orders will require a signature, and can be delivered to a place of work if required. This can be detailed during checkout. If you request our optional express delivery, this will also require a signature.

Can I send my package to another address?
Yes. You are given the option for alternative delivery address during checkout. Please note some items that are restricted (eg knives) will be required to be sent to the registered card holder. Please inform the recipient that they are due to receive a package which may require a signature.

Do you deliver outside of the UK?
Yes. We deliver most items worldwide. Some items cannot be sent due to postal restrictions. These are indicated on the specific product pages and at checkout.

Returns & Replacements

Please contact us before returning any items.

If your item is FAULTY
We offer a full refund and/or replacement service for faulty &/or defective goods purchased from SPC Marketing.
All faulty goods claims MUST be made within 14 days of receiving the item. If the item has been purchased during a Christmas/holiday period, the claim must be made within 14 working days from when we re-open.
Please contact us before returning any items.

If the goods you purchase are unwanted or not what you expected, you may return them to us UNUSED & BOXED in their original condition for a refund within 14 days of receiving the item.
The value of your refund will be the transaction price stated at the time of your order, less a charge of £3.00 PER ORDER to cover admin, postage & credit card fees.

Christmas & holiday exceptions: During the Christmas holiday, we appreciate item(s) may have been ordered as gift(s). Items may be returned within 14 working days from when we re-open. The item(s) MUST be in their original, unused condition with all original packaging.

Any missing contents, damage to items or packaging will be deducted from the refund accordingly.

The value of your refund will be the transaction price stated at the time of your order, less a charge of £3.00 PER ORDER to cover postage, credit card fees & administration.

Please contact us before returning any items.

You will receive any refund due to you within a maximum of 30 days from cancellation. You should however expect to obtain your refund within less than 14 working days.

The Consumer Protection Regulations 2000 state that you have the right to cancel your order within 14 working days from the day after you receive your goods. You do not have to give any reason for wishing to cancel your order. This is termed as “a cooling off period”.

Ensure to include your full details when returning items, to enable us to refund you as quickly as possible.
Postage costs for any other returns, other than faulty goods, are the responsibility of the customer.
ALL Returns must be sent by an online trackable method (such as Royal Mail Special Delivery or Recorded Delivery (this ensures receipt).
PLEASE ENSURE to use the correct postage when returning goods. A stamp or stamps on the package may not be sufficient. Under-paid postage will result in either the package going astray, or us refusing delivery and your refund will not be actioned. Please send the package from your local Post Office – do NOT use a postbox as the package will be unlikely to reach us.
